Delivery & Shipping
In Thailand
we use Thailand Post service for delivery services ( Delivery time takes 1-3 business days after notification of the tracking number)
International
Thailand post (Budget Air freight services)
Delivery time: 7 – 14 working days after notification of the tracking number (exclude weekends and Public holidays)
Express services (USPS/DHL/UPSWEIMING)
Delivery time: 5 – 7 working days after notification of the tracking number (exclude weekends and Public holidays)
( For HK Customer, our brand cannot delivery to SF Express store location. If you filling out the SF Express store location, the SF Express store will refuse to accept delivery of the package and the buyer will be responsible for all associated fees. Sorry for the inconvenience.)

DELIVERY DUTY UNPAID (DDU)
All countries will be shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you will be responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales’ taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these charges is necessary to release your order from customs. Our courier will contact you locally with details of any import duty to pay.
