This website is intended for consumers. The information on this website is in Thai language. All communications must be in Thai and the website is designed to comply with the laws of Thailand. You may be viewing the Site in a marketplace where we may not generally sell our products and we cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with local or other applicable advertising laws or the content of this website. We may limit access to certain parts of the Site to users who register with us.
3. Price and currency
Buy-sell for customers in Thailand will be in Thai baht (THB). In the case of foreign customers, the price of the goods will be automatically converted from Thai baht (THB) to US dollars (USD) based on the provider’s reference. Two payment services are STRIPE and GB PRIME PAY.
4. Shipping cost
Shipping costs are shown separately. All applicable shipping costs are as stated on the website at the time you place your order.
5. Payment
We accept credit card payments through the STRIPE system only and GB PRIME PAY will accept QR CODE Payment / LINE PAY, in the case of credit card payments. You must use a card with your name as the cardholder only. By placing an order, you confirm that you are an authorized cardholder. All credit card holders and charges are subject to validation and security checks, authorization by the card issuer, and any additional requirements. set by the card issuer If the issuer does not authorize payment, we will not accept your order and will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery.
6. Payment confirmation
6.1 Credit card payment In the case of credit card payments via STRIPE systems and GB PRIME PAY will be handle on QR CODE Payment / LINE PAY the customer is not required to make a payment notification. The system will automatically update the payment status.
7. Return Policy
7.1 Our policy is valid for 7 days if more than 7 days have passed since you received the item. We cannot refund or exchange the product for you.
7.2 To be eligible for return Your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it. and in the original packaging If the product is outside this requirement We ask permission to refuse to return the product. and refuse to refund
7.3 In the event that the product has a manufacturing defect The customer can request a return/exchange or request a refund.
7.4 For international return, the customer must be supported return cost (delivery cost on return phase) by yourself.
8. Refund (if any)
Once your return has been received and inspected. We’ll send you an email/line/message notifying you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also notify you of your refund authorization or refusal.
If you are approved.
- In case the customer pays by credit card We will refund the balance as credit to your credit card.
- “Your refund balance will be deducted by 4% as a transaction fee. For example, if your order value is 100 THB, you will receive a refund balance of 96 THB.
- In the event that the customer pays via QR CODE Payment / LINE PAY. We will refund the money within 7 – 15 days after the authorization.
- For payments made through QR CODE Payment, the refund balance will be 100% of the order value.
- For payments made through Line Pay, the refund balance will be 96% of the order value.
9. Discount products (More than 15% off sale items)
Refunds are available for regular-priced items up to 15% discount only. Sale items with a discount greater than 15% are non-refundable.
10. Request for product replacement (if any)

About Leather
The leather part is the most important material, I’m choosing high-quality leather directly from Tannery in Thailand that export leather to many nations in Asia and Europe. I believe that when quality materials mixed up with Adore design would draw people who have ever touched our bags to fall in love with them as I do.
Design and Production
Every single design process of ADORE is neat and careful started from bag designing, patterns creating included piecing materials together to be a template. Many bag templates were made and determined until our bag model is most perfect prior to carrying handbag and wallet to production path by high experienced Craftsman but all Coin purses and small leather goods crafted by designer.
About Designer
Founder/Designer, “March” has a background in Industrial Engineering and also the Leatherwork lover. I started studying bag design and leatherwork skill since 2015. Now, Adore has only one member, I’m in charge of every role such as Bag design, pattern design, leather selection, Sample bag making, Photography, and Final packaging.
